I.N.E.E.D.T.O.L.O.O.S.E.W.E.I.G.H.T

P.E.R.I.O.D!

Been feeling flabbier recently... It doesn't make sense! The bf has not been around for a whole month already which means I don't need to accompany him for dinner. I'm still on my 'no office lunch' diet and my other '1 meal a day' diet. But still I feel like I'm flabbier!

Well, the weighing scale isn't showing me any good news either. There are days that it even shows me 'ugly' and 'disgusting' numbers! Maybe I should throw the digital one away and just stick to the traditional one... in case it's showing me nicer looking numbers!

Why? I'm visiting my 'throne' healthy, 2 times a week. My one meal a day's food (which usually is dinner) is healthy I think... little rice, loads of greens and steam fish or some other healthy alternative food like chapati or wheat bread. If there are days that I have dinner with friends (usually on Fridays), I always make sure I know my intake limit for the next meal. And if I'm feeling a bit hungry and cannot control the hunger pang, One small bowl of healthy wheat cereal. So what's the problem? Don't tell me I need exercise because I NEVER exercise.

Help!! :( If I have some moolah, maybe I should consider gym-ing or a slimming parlor? Better still... LIPO!! Woohoo!! (*aye... I should really stop dreaming... >_-III)
