I've been seeing this cartoon character of people on the internet that have the same template for quite sometime now. It has been driving me crazy and today, I finally decided to use the internet to it's fullest to get to the bottom of it. I did a lot of searches. From "Vector character", "Vector portrait character", Vector cartoon character" etc... but no luck. Until I came across one of my Facebook friend's profile picture. Aha! A lead. So just trying my luck, I back tracked his posts and came across this:
