Shhh.....

One of the reasons why I want out of this place:

It's damn bloody quiet! No music, no talk. Only the sounds of squeaky chairs and mouse clicks. Damn! I can even hear my music from my earphones on the table!

And you call this an Agency? Cis! More like a strict China factory to me!
